I found a copy of what is alleged to be Kevin Smith's Superman Script online!
The script in question is based on the Death of Superman aka Doomsday storyline, and uses the word "pithy" no less than 6 times!!!
While I cannot be considered a Smith expert, the fact that the script has a cohesive plot which remains true to the Kal-el cannon and has smooth, flavorful dialogue leads me to believe that, at least, it is not a fanfic; it's a great read and fun to imagi-cast. Enjoy!
